Product Availability and Delivery
Delivery time of items held in stock will depend on the Delivery Option selected at the Checkout and the Customer’s availability to receive the goods. Our Delivery Information page provides more information about delivery upgrades and the service levels available to different shipping zones. We will do our best to deliver on time, however we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any Customer through any delay in delivery.
Goods which are made-to-order can take longer to deliver. These are generally identified on our product pages with guidance on the delivery time. Our online system enables goods to be pre-ordered when not in stock and normally this will have been notified to Customers on the product details page and in the basket. The Company will contact the customer as soon as feasible to advise the estimated delivery date, to check if this is acceptable, otherwise offering a refund if the customer does not wish to wait .The Company may also offer part delivery with the balance to follow.
Stock levels displayed on this website should be regarded as a guide. The Company tries to display accurate information but discrepancies can occur. If the ordered goods are not available we will advise you of this as soon as reasonably possible. You will be given the option of ordering an alternative product or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.
Customers are requested to check goods and report damage in transit, errors or omissions within 7 days of receipt. The Company shall not be liable for loss or damage to goods in transit to the customer, errors or omissions unless reported in to the Company within 30 days after delivery.
If a specially manufactured or customised order is cancelled before its completion the Customer shall be liable to pay for the goods at the full agreed price unless varied at the sole discretion of the Company. When a delivery is delayed by the Customer’s inability or unwillingness to accept such delivery at the shipping address supplied, the Company reserves the right to charge for re-delivery, storage expenses or costs involved in cancelling the order.
Return of Goods
Customers must notify the Company before returning goods and follow our returns instructions. Consumers have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify the Company that the goods are not wanted and a further 14 days to return the goods.
In the case of B2B transactions there is no automatic right of return and refund, except where the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. If accepted by the Company for return, goods shall be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
In order to receive a full or partial refund, the goods must be returned to us unused and in resalable condition, with original packaging intact and unmarked except for application of appropriate shipping labels. The items should not have been assembled or installled.
The cost of returning goods is the Customer’s responsibility and for B2B customers and overseas customers the original carriage charge shall not be refundable unless the goods were supplied damaged or faulty. Goods sold by the Company and returned by the customer to the Company shall be at the sole risk of the customer until such goods shall have come into custody of the Company at the premises of the Company.
Additional guidance is available on our Returns Policy page.
